So this is a good example of how we collectively behave in Pakistan. Given the resources we exploit them to the best. A government servant in a Government vehicle (sarkari) with government given support staff/guard distributing a cold drink and some rice on one of the most congested road of Peshawar while driving at almost 10km/hr and creating a huge blockage behind.

I don’t know the person who are in the vehicle but I see a very good example of lack of social ethics and civic responsibility. Feel free to support poor, donate generously but why this fuss.
